Privacy

Health data deserves adult rules.

An handles the most sensitive data a family has. These principles govern the product from the first line of code — and they are commitments, not marketing.

Consent belongs to the person

Each monitored person gives their own consent and chooses their sharing level: summaries only, urgent alerts, or full detail. Access can be revoked at any time. The family member who pays does not automatically see everything.

Collect less

We collect the minimum data each analysis tier requires, and we say plainly what a missing data source means for the confidence of a report.

Never sold, never advertised against

Health data is never sold and never used for advertising. There are no ads targeted at elderly users — at any tier, ever.

Protected in handling

Health records are stored on established, standards-based infrastructure (FHIR), encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-profile access control and audit trails.

Honest limits

An supports early risk awareness and healthy lifestyle change. It does not diagnose, screen for, or treat any condition, and its reports recommend consulting a clinician whenever a signal matters.

Deletion & export

Users can export their data and request deletion of their profile and its history. Pilot participants may withdraw at any time.

This page summarizes principles for the pilot phase; a full privacy policy will be published before public launch. Questions: contact@2049labs.dev
